Covid 19 test result certificate

Featured Replies

I went to covid-19 test yesterday and got the result already today. I need to go and do the certificate at the hospital. Is there any rules what information certificate needs to have? Anyone has a sample to show? Thanks in advance.

Thats the fit to fly right? I am talking about the covid 19 test.

Cheers

The covid 19 test certificate will vary from lab to lab. There is no form for it on any embassy website.

Has anybody got their GP to sign this form?

Examples below:

Ultimately - all thats required for the Covid-19 Negative certificate is a document from a hospital or medical facility which includes

- Contact details (of the facility),

- Signed by a doctor

- That you have undergone a Covid-19 RT PCR test

- That the result is negative,

- Must include a date (usually date of test and date result was issued)

I assume from the above that you got the same doctor to produce both the Covid cert and the Fit to fly.

Soft copies - e-mailed through the day before flight.

There’s not enough time to process the Covid-19 test and post the results all within 72hrs of a flight.
