Sukhumvit Soi 31 Condo's Whats Up

so the condos at the top of soi 31, the ones (la raffine maybe??)

does anyone have any info on them? they seem to have been in that "nearly finished" state for a long time, and are starting to look like they are 10 years old already

did this project die in its tracks?

what about the "horizonless" pools?

i think you are right, i remember sticking my head in their sales office years ago and i was taken aback by the asking price - i guess maybe i was not the only one

not sure about the price ...but they are not cheap. but the place is starting to look cheap!

if they are finishing they are moving slow. the apts just done 22 about 150M or so, i am sure they were started well after this project but they are finished ( a larger building overall) and folks are moving in.

this one seems to have run into problems - maybe not enough takers??
