Yup, that's how I roll. I ain't going to Yai to ask how to program in Erlang, either. There's a clear gap between Silent Generation and Gen Z, the world has changed enormously in the last couple of decades. Still, given the choice between Trump and Biden I'm fairly sure most millenials and younger will go for Biden. They don't have a candidate closer to their age.

Well, I suspect younger voters will consult their actual material interests and the interests of the nation rather than worry about having a leader they might enjoy hanging out with.

Why? If you want to check out Jacinta Ardern in New Zealand, she is doing one hell of a job. 25  coronavirus deaths, 70 active cases. The virus that would just go away, according to Trump? 230,000 deaths, 2.9 million active cases and accelerating. US hospitals are overwhelmed. You think Harris would be worse?

If Americans put Trump back in, they will get everything they deserve. Trump won't give a s##t, that's what sociopaths do.

Not really sure what your saying here? Is it a sexist deal with you? Are you saying oh look a woman can do well? Because my original statement about Kamala being a scary presidential possibility had nothing to do with her being a woman period..............

That aside as to American putting Trump back in well yes if this is the outcome it is the desired outcome same as 2016 & what the US citizens want/deserve

Anyway we will all know soon enough ????

Conservatives have changed dramatically in the past 20 years.  We use to be about smaller government, less taxes, free markets, etc.  Now?  It's about religion, gun rights, racism and nationalism.

oh get out of here.  I've voted Dem more than Rep for presidents over the years.  But in this election cycle it's the Dems pushing the relision, gun rights, inciting racism, and nationalismm.  It's appalling and divisive to the country.  It's dangerous.  There is a reason why all the riots only happened in Democratic controlled states and cities.

They have been willing to burn the citizens to get back into power.  I voted Obama twice.  GwB first term, then AGAINST him 2nd term for Kerry after he proved to be lazy and the gov was truly run by the monster Chainey.

I'm open to viewing things critically from the standpoint of what's happening , and NOT what they are saying or propaganding.

The Democrats scare the <deleted> out of me with their agenda and tactics right now.

What?  Come on.  Where do you get your news from?  Fox?  InfoWars?  Breitbart?

If you are listening to the media, there is no hope.  They are, both sides, simply propaganda outlets for their parties.

I only quoted one item above, and those are facts...are where the riots took place this past year.  Those are not debated.

Biden isn't suggesting huge socialist programs.  Other than health care reform.  Which a vast majority of Americans support.  And support for the environment.  Again, a vast majority of Americans support that also.

As for socialism.  Why not give up your social security benefits?  Medicare?  Aid to farmers.  Pensions.  Student loans.  Job training.  Etc, etc, etc.  Socialism isn't necessarily a bad thing.  Unless you only listen to Fox News.

So, my pension and SS benefits are socialism? I guess the $100,000 + I contributed to SSI has nothing to do with my benefits or the 20+ years I contributed to my pension plan is socialism?

Socialism isn’t a promise you don’t have to contribute.

BS.  You're using the dog whistles of the far right.  Some media outlets are great, some are terrible.

Protests happened in 450 cities across the US.  Not all were "dem" cities.  Jeez.

And the worst violence was started by outside groups.  Primarily alt right groups.  Like in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Oregon.

You really do need a better source for your news.  Stunning.

Who did the most looting, burning and acts of terrorism.

I'm ok with differing opinions. I still believe in what built America, freedom of speech.  i'm not a part of the current cancel culture being promoted by 'woke' people, erasing history.

Have at it guys.  I know of no one who has ever changed the opinion of another with arguing on forums or social media.

Wish you all well, embrace your freedoms and make sure to use your vote to make your difference.

The $100000+ has something to do with it. But the fact is your benefits are capped no matter how much you have paid in to Social Security. And at the lower end benefits are subsidized.

I have to ask.  Why would anyone spend millions of dollars in order to get this job if not for the fiscal advantages that come with it, and please don't say that it is because they are nice guys trying to bring peace and joy to the world.

Agreed!  But Biden's corruption has been proven false.  Unless you only read Faux News! ????

This was the most expensive election in history.  A staggering amount of money was spent.  The political system in the US is broken and needs a reset.  18% approval rating for congress.  Fire them all.

I'm confused-- are you talking about Trump?

So you're promising the "working" American citizens they don't have to contribute as policies and taxes increase.

It's a promise that if their life takes a bad turn through illness, economic crises, or natural disasters the government will help sustain them.

This is becoming a real issue in many states...people fleeing the high taxes, government incompetence, and social engineering in California but bringing the politics that caused all these problems to their new states.

That statement does not make much sense to me. So people are unhappy with the policies where they live, even to the grade that they decide to move into another state. And then they chose to apply the same policies they hated?

Nobody said liberals were rational people...in fact, just the opposite.

So they're unhappy with the policies and they're liberals? If you are typical of right wingers, then in fact that comment would apply to you and them. But not all of us are prone to make such ridiculous generalizations.  The they're-all-like-this characterization is the kind of thing that extremists indulge in.
