This i did not know how answer my friend. He going out of coundry in monday flight. Is he safe to get domistic travel to Bangkok from north after 31.10.2020? Like 1.11.2020.

I think its safe coz hes currently "amnesty" end in weekend (saturday). What you think?

I see no reason for him to have problems flying. The airlines and security only check the photo page of a passport for ID purposes.

And maybe imigration not arrest people before next tuesday? Normaly if visa end in weekend have still monday time to renew it?

Where do you think immigration would arrest people. Not many reports of that happening unless they have a record of a long overstay.

That is correct since the amnesty ends on Saturday at midnight.
