 Yet again you have just read the headline, not the article.

Irish Prime Minister Micheál Martin denied ever hearing about the possibility of the European Union imposing restrictions on air travel to the UK.

He responded: "I haven't heard that being discussed at EU council meetings, not even on the fringes of those meetings.

    Most readers of the gutter press do, anyway, so deceptive titles work quite well. 

     

    Now I'm not against the idea of the EU getting serious, as I do not think being nice is the right answer to a party which lies..
