Car Rental In Bkk

Featured Replies

I am looking to rent a van or large car for a trip from BKK to the south for two

days. I will be hauling five people plus luggage.

I have not been to Thailand in many years, so I'm wondering where I can find a

car rental place somewhere between Banglumpoo and points to the south of

BKK.

Is there anything I need to know in particular about

car rental in Thailand? Anything to watch out for?

Are miles/km limited per day, do I need to buy special

insurance or is it included, that sort of thing.

Should I go with a well-known international brand name

of car rental or are there good locally-owned places?

Any advice will be appreciated.

Vans are normally rented with driver and I would highly recommend that option if you have not been here for many years. Below is one of the largest rental companies which has van/driver options. I have never used as when we rent we contact drivers directly but believe they are a good choice.
