Yeah I know I am early but trying to plan.  GF needs to give notice if she wants time off.

Has anyone heard anything about changes or rules for New Years functions this year or is it going to be same same as always.  I can not see them having the big bash at central

The way things are I really don't see anyone having a 'big bash' this year.

For the past few years i have been having dinner on the 83th floor at the bayok tower on the balcony looking down on the fireworks instead of up and overseeing the whole city . I don't know what they are planning for this year and what's going to happen with fireworks but it is a beautifull way of spending newyears . You could look at their website to see what will be happening and what are the times and costs and menu .
