Hunter is being investigated concerning potential tax matters, so far no allegations of corruption by US authorities, only by Democrat's political enemies. In comparison look at trump's behaviour, you must ask yourself why has trump, for eight years, tried to block investigations into his and family business practices - hint they have already settled out of Court for malfeasance for their business and charity activities, with yet another appeal to the Supreme Court to block further investigations by NY State. It will be interesting to see, once trump is removed from power, if the family will again attempt to settle out of Court. Hopefully any attempt to settle out of Court will be rejected and proceeds to conviction by the Court.

According to the OP and other articles,  the issues you are addressing have been already investigated since 2018. It is not surprising as Trump was anxious to get dirt on the Biden familly. So they have been investigated, not "will be" investigated.

From what I also read (wsj), Barr knew about these investigations for months. Despite his obvious tendency to please Trump, he did not reveal any finding to the public or to the Senate committeel. Now, investigations are focused on tax issues

So it seems that what you posted before is not likely to be confirmed.

That is the point on which all of this rests. While it may have been a mistake from a perception standpoint for Hunter Biden to sit on foreign boards, that doesn't mean that any laws were broken. What passes for guilt in the court of public opinion often would get you laughed out of a court of law.

 

So that's where we are. The investigation is ongoing. We need to wait to see what it turns up -- if anything. Only then will we be able to definitely ascertain how much trouble Hunter Biden is actually in.

Actually, the key issue is the absence of observable evidence. Giuliani has only provided bits of information to the NYP, and no original one. The original computer files (or a digital copy) with their meta-data have not been provided, I.e. only pdf copies of emails, not a copy of the computer files themselves. One may wonder why? (I have an obvious answer to this question).

 

So no one has to prove it being a conspiracy, because there is no evidence to scrutinize and proof. Until the so-called evidence is made public, it remains a conspiracy.

Hi Jeffr 2, I agree with you  that the expressed ideas should be factual. That is what I follow. The story about Hunter Biden has been circulating for months on the small scale, and if you can find anything from some Ukrainian source, good, it is them and their AG who have given some details.  As to this alt right, I even don't know who they are, there are many groups branded 'right' and also many groups branded 'left'.  I think these words 'right' and 'left' have lost their meaning  and they are just used for political purpose and manipulation.  To add, from what I read -reports  from  different countries,- I can see that the word socialism is not understood  by quite a few. But I understand that people everywhere are trying to get social justice and better life, and unfortunately they are often mislead and manipulated

No. What was said and still holds true is that the claim about the source of the computer is not proven. The material that the NY Post dumped was not vetted beforehand as it would have and should have been by a decent investigative journalist. Rudolph Giuliani refused to release the metadata that could help to establish the authenticity of the computer and the data.

There have been many posts about Burisma that allege some corrupt connection between Joe Biden and Burisma. What those commentators consistently ignore is that everything that Biden did in the Ukraine was carried out at the behest of the State Dept and Barack Obama. So unless you're claiming that Barack Obama and the State Dept motivation was not to fight corruption in the Ukraine but to help Hunter Biden, you've got exactly nothing.
