Are there any success stories, the Jet-Ski scammers maybe? Not a one of which is in jail due to that crime I bet.

Instead, they want money from all demographic of tourists, from families to sex tourists, but while the massive sex trade is allowed to continue here, families will not holiday in Pattaya. They could make an area for the sex trade like Ban Chang, where it would be out of view from those that do not seek to participate. This would go some way to keeping the Pattaya Beach / Central Pattaya area more marketable to families and couples from around the world, but the decrepit buildings on the various little soi's would have to be demolished.

This would go some way to keeping the Pattaya Beach / Central Pattaya area more marketable to families and couples from around the world, but the decrepit buildings on the various little soi's would have to be demolished. i agree the best option will be to keep the Soi Bukkaho area as a red light district and to get rid of all the sex venues on second road, beach road and all the small perpendiculars streets, from soi 1 to walking street a move already on the way since years (soi 6 being an ''anomaly'' in the big picture)
