Internet woes

Featured Replies

I am in central Bangkok on True Fibre and this month and last I have been having these erratic problems of my internet stopping and starting multiple times a day. The True technician says nothing wrong with their system but each time I complain about something they usually say that and then it suddenly gets miraculously better (esp in relation to speed throttling by them). But these drop outs drive me nuts.

I am just fed up with them. Who else is in the market that has a better/recommended service?

I use a True Sim Aircard without a hitch at 50GB per month in Kan.

It could be because all of the power lines and communication lines have been moving underground in central BKK.

You will have the same issue with any other provider until the work is completed.

How is the issue showing itself? eg Lights on router, logs on router, speed test app on PC, etc
