I like it - very sexy

Oh and welcome Momo8 to the insanity section - red pills to the right, blue to the left. Anything here resembling reality is purely coincidental.

Beardog has also slipped in without being noticed. Welcome to Beardog!

Funny, didn't see him/her in any of the wards when I had my constitutional earlier on. 'Beardog', hmm? What does a beardog look like... maybe he/she was disguised as a rug?

Welcome jstumbo to Bedlam. Slipped in, no one noticed, posted in the T-shirt so must be okay.

Yes, as I said in the shirt thread, it's a great avatar. Maybe just another daytripper?

Thank you Suegha, I have seen Liverpool on a couple of occasions from within the Liver Building, it seemed nice enough although the man outside suggested I might loose my wheels if I left my car there too long.

> Indeed...... I wonder if he has any cigars.

Pleased to say I don't smoke, however I did bring a few non-Havanas over in the past to friends out here.

I know a few fellow inmates here in the flesh, and dine out when I pop into Pattaya. Much of my day is spent poking a keyboard, thinking quietly to myself or killing bugs. I have no connection with the Pattaya cigar emporium that shares my handle apart from me stealing a little time in their car park when visiting nearby.

After spending ten years racking up FF points it was decided to reduce my global footprint I should reside in Thailand rather than be a 5 times a year tourist. Like many that have been able to make a home in Thailand prior to retirement I've had an interesting career is different areas, which explains why in different threads I appear to have worked in very disimilar industries.

Favorite Color: A type of blue-green wax-crayon I had as a child.

Favorite Drink: Birley's Lemon, 15 Baht @ 7-11.

What I want for Christmas: Tesco Brand Blow-Dart & Poison Frog Play Set. (....or number 24.) :o

Nice one Cuban. I take it you mean the Royal Liver Building on Pier Head? Some 18-19 years ago I met my wife there, we were both working for the same company at the time.

Thanks for the stereotypical wheels joke. I can seriously say in the 20 years I have lived in Liverpool I have never had my car vandalised or my house broken into! Give a dog a bad name eh?

You don't smoke with a name like Cuban??? Okay then, tell us, why Cuban?

On the subject of Liverpool, I could have said that I bought some hair gel there once which is the only other reason the place sticks in my mind.

> Okay then, tell us, why Cuban?

In the past I used to exist on other forums and would only read TV as a non-member, when I finally signed up my real name and prefered nicknames from the past were already taken.

Very funny Cuban, you'll do well in Bedlam. Should I tell you I'm from Dublin just to see what you'll say next? :o

When i was in the Royal Navy, i left my ship for a stint on a shore base. I ended up at HMS Eaglet which is on/near Pier Head, which has a little Mine Sweeper and is a Reserves base. Don't know if you know it, or if it's still there.

Such fun was had and i had a place in Aigburth (sp). I did a bit of courting at the She Club :o that place was an eye opener. Don't know if that's still around either.

I used to drink at O'Neals on Pearse Street just off St Georges Quay, they had a fantastic Chinese/Taiwanese girl serving there, she thought it was funny that I ate chocolate with my Guinness.

Should I tell you I insulted a member of the Danish Royal family once and was chased by the Danish Army?

You might think less of me :o ?

Fortunately on a ship the wheel is enclosed in the Wheel House and there is always someone at the Helm. However, no one was guarding the Rudder, so....... :D

Aigburth is where I live now, just beside the river. Never heard of the she club though!

Every city has to have a bike rack! :o

Havent been around much. Feeling a bit crap. Is it ok for me to sneak in the back door and say a quick "hi"?

Especially the Aigburth Arms, I think they have renamed it now, which is a shame as that was were they found Lister under a pool table (only understandable by Red Dwarf fans)

The She Club wasn't in Aigburth, that was down near the docks, played there with the bands I was in a few times, Thursday was grab a granny night :o

Of course it is eeky, you and many others are always welcome here. I'm sure everyone else would agree.

Have you forgotten the three rules of Bedlam.

1. You do not talk about Bedlam

2. Membership is for life

3. You do not talk about Bedlam

Oh, sorry, four rules

4. You can come and go as you please, but you can never truly leave.

I think they re-named the Aigburth Arms the 'Victoria', what a waste! I am also a Red Dwarf fan!
