(Reuters) - Britain's NHS has not committed to delivering two million COVID-19 jabs a week, the Telegraph reported https://bit.ly/390Iipw, citing sources.

The health service said the supply of vaccines remained the "main barrier" to delivering tens of millions of doses despite manufacturers insisting that doses were being delivered to the timetable agreed with the government, the report added.

I have not committed to stay in my house.

This article is non sense. Has the NHS been asked if it is committed to deliver 2 million doses of vaccine a week? Negative bias reporting.

Dear NHS, are you committed to delivering 2 million vaccines per week.

We plan, target, intend to, and probably will, deliver the maximum number of vaccines we can with the resources available.

Does that mean 2 million per week?

No, as many as we can deliver within our capabilities and capacity.

So not 2 million, then?

No, probably 6 million.

So not 2 million...?

Committing to do something is not the same as actually doing something.

Committing to something, targets, deadlines, all meaningless.

Why is it reported from someone in Begaluru?

Possibly because a all those who volunteered to come back from retirement to help administer jabs have been told they first have to take diversity training before they qualify. I imagine a lot have cried off.

With an extra funding of £ 350 million/week since Brexit, they should have enough finds.

the relentless propaganda in regards the NHS continues,i have 2 friends  that are drs in uk and ones wifes is a nurse.the comment is that the NHS is more like the problem rather than the solution,by not testing people admitted to care homes earlier in the pandemic they managed to infect a lot of elderly,no ones held responsible.the standard of PPE is low too whilst in private care homes and hospitals its much higher ,a hospital in leicester was found to have many infected staff due to this problem, its a protocol they dont heed, its not PPE availability.AZ say the vaccs are there but we get burble from the NHS a la govt speak.so....as members state theres plenty of able people .many volunteers who can inject people but......same old im afraid ,now cancer ops are being cut down or not performed.yikes!
