can we make it Go Fund Me ?

Pay what for it? It has no value, whatever.

Burn it, but without pollution.

Can the plastic be recycled and used to make PPE for hospitals etc?

A bit of a non event really. Unless they have a very large building to display it in and a constant supply of helium to keep it inflated, it will just be a large piece of folded vinyl in a basement store room.

At the time it was quite funny, and made a point well.

Done now.

Basement is where it should stay and get eaten by rodents.

an inflated blimp flying at ropes length is quite symbolic, as showing it's very hard to keep a good man down

I wonder what happened to the blimp of Trumps's mate Sadiq Khan although, thinking about it, the blimp will be about as useless as he is.
