To be fair I think we must clearly distinguish between Trump and conservative politics. Because it seems many people who like conservative politics think anti-Trumpers are also always anti conservative.

 

I am no conservative but if there are a majority of people in the USA who like conservative politics then it's only fair if they have a president who promotes conservative laws, lawmakers, judges, etc.

So i.e. when he worked to get those conservative judges on the supreme court that was conservative politics - fair enough.

 

The huge problem with Trump are all his lies, his attacks on the press, his deliberate dividing the nation, his not accepting the election, etc. That is what Trump stands for and that makes him this very undesirable individuum.

 

Unfortunately too many conservatives in the USA supported Trump for too long. Do all conservatives like lies? Do they like a divided nation? Probably not. But many let it happen.

It's time for those conservatives with a spine to stand up and say: enough is enough! Criminals are criminals, liars are liars, regardless of their politics. And people who start an insurrection should be in jail!
