Does the BTS or MRT in Bangkok go only one Way like north to south or does also another train go in the opposite direction at the same time? I want to know if I can go the exact same way back that I come from with the BTS.

Yes they go both ways - it is not a merry-go-round.

The BTS and the MRT trains run both ways. You can go all the way to the end of any line and catch a train back the same way you came.
