The PR department of the Chonburi provincial government reminded the public and businesses about organising illegal gatherings especially those where drugs are involved.

This was part of the Covid-19 restrictions.

They said that fines of 10-50,000 baht could be levied and licences could be suspended temporarily and places could be ordered closed.

They said this referred to places of accommodation, hotels and condos.

Bars open now, 100% they won't all be closing 11pm and do they know the meaning of social distancing in bars. Lots of brown packages may be in circulation, but that's ok as easier to uncover and make headlines of a large gathering.

So how many people can meet in a condo for a beer or three?

All this is very unclear.

Generally, and as a rule of thumb for Thais, a 40m2 condo could squeeze in 50 people....but it would be difficult getting to the fridge!

How about the queue for the toilet?

Neighbours could put signs up. Toilet 10 baht.
