Hello everyone!

I'm Thai and I plan on applying for the Settlement Visa next month but I don't what Category I should be applying under please read my situation below;

My partner is a full time employee for a company which owns by both of his parents who are also the only 2 shareholders of the company. However, my partner has no shares or anything in the company. He is simply an employee and receive no money from the shares.

I've read that if shares are hold by family members of the sponsor, it would mean that my partner's income is from a specified limited company so does this mean my application should be under Category F?

Any help is much appreciated, thank you so much!

Your partner can use Category F or Category G.  His evidence of income must be for the same 12 months (or 24 months) as the company tax year(s) (shown on the CT600(s)).
