Where can I find the "Reference ID" when entering my personal details on the Thailand Plus phone app?

Featured Replies

I successfully registered my Thailand Plus app.  The reference number was the 6 digit number they emailed you to access the COE website to check on your COE Application or to access your COE on the website.  The Code number was the number printed on the top left of you COE.

I have tried this but it does not seem to work for me. Do you enter the complete Code nr which in my case is STO0001234?

The Reference ID is the 6 digit code provided to you with your Pre-approval email when applying for for you CoE.

Your CoE Code number will be 0001234 printed in the top left of your CoE (you ignore the STO part - which I assume stands for Stockholm and is simply a reference the issuing Embassy).

Why would ANYONE visit Thailand as tourist under the present circumstances

Read it again.  Reference ID is 6 digits, COE Code (for which the example was supplied) is 7.

I'm glad I found this thread.  I could not figure out what the reference ID number was.  I just successfully registered using my 6 digit code as you describe and putting in the entire CoE code including the first 3 letters which were CHI since i went through the Thai consulate in Chicago.
