At the very least, that would lay you open to future questioning. Worse, I think, what you plan would be illegal, albeit probably hard to prove. Of course these situations do occur, meaning genuine court cases and someone has to obtain extensions. Any idea what these stamps would look like or what notation would be in passport. Note subparagraph (2) in Section 2.26 in the image posted by @ubonjoe "(2) The applicant does not behave in such a way that indicating his intention to stay longer" As soon as immigration gets even a hint that you have set the entire thing up for the purpose of extending your stay, you are gone. With people like you it is no wonder that the rest of us who stick to the rules get a hard time. If you have to do that you must have done something that means you wont get a visa through the legitimate channels. If this is the case, go home to what ever country you come from and stay there.
