hello

If I go to Thailand - stay 28 days .

go to Vietnam one week  - and back to Thailand again

then I can stay 30 days again in Thailand  without any visa except from the 30 days card we get on the plane ?

regards

Bruno

If you qualify for a visa exempt entry you would now get a 45 day entry that can be extended for 30 days at immigration.

The extra 15 days is for the 14 day quarantine you have to do now after entering the country.

Assuming your post did not arrive in a time capsule from 2019, you should wait about a year and then ask again. Possibly, by next year, conditions may have returned to something like normal. At the current time, entering any countries in the region is either impossible, or requires prior approval and 15 day quarantine. In the unlikely event that travel from Thailand to a neighbouring country and return to Thailand could be arranged, it would involve about a month of quarantine split between Thailand and the second country.

oh yes I now all this but  am optimistic.  thanks for the answer anyway
