    Assuming the elections are nationwide then the usual law would apply: no alcohol sale/served from Sat 18:00 (6 PM) to Sun 18:00 (6 PM).

    A mate currently in Pattaya was told at a bar: no problem, paid police ????

    Don't rely on that.

    I have seen some details of a ban from 18.00 Saturday until 18.00 Sunday (Phuket).

    Nothing published yet here on Samui
