People visiting Korat from so-called ‘high risk’ locations do not need to undergo 14 days of quarantine upon arrival in the province. 

 

On Wednesday, officials had said that anyone visiting the province from Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Nonthaburi and Samut Prakan were  required to quarantine  or take a rapid COVID-19 test.

However, by Wednesday evening officials back-tracked on the plans, citing a misunderstanding
