Someone mentioned to me that sometimes ISP offer you a discount/incentive if you break your existing ISP agreement and move to the new ISP provider.  I looked for this for 3BB but couldn't find any info and the 3BB shop wasn't sure.  Hence, I came to my favourite place for knowledge.   Currently I'm with True......wishing to move to 3BB.
