Are Elite Visa's transferable to another person.  Say if you buy a 20 year visa then decide it, can it be transfer (sold) to someone else?

At least one of them is transferable, depends on which version you have.

The cheaper 20 year membership which only costs 1 million baht can't be transferred, no idea about the others.

 

Some memberships can be sold on.

 

The original life time membership can be sold on but for 30 years (not for life).

 

In the past people have contacted me about transferring the membership (I’m now married and don’t really need the visa anymore). I’m not sure what the thought process was but some seemed to think they would get a 30 year visa for the price of a 5 year membership because it was second hand !!! (Or some similar flawed logic).... 

 

No one has ever offered me a price which makes it worth while selling.
