Safety measures during this new outbreak . 50 provinces in Thailand including Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Khon Kaen are now issuing up to 20,000 THB fines for anyone who fails to wear a face mask when leaving their home. The mandatory wearing of face masks applies to both indoor and outdoor public spaces. . Rules and regulations vary significantly from province to province. Check with local authorities or your hotel or travel agency before you travel. . #COVID19 Vaccinations for foreign residents in Thailand . The NHS COVID-19 vaccination programme is not available overseas, but foreign residents in Thailand will be covered by the vaccination scheme of the Thai government. . If they are able to do so, you may be able to book and get the vaccine directly from them, before the government roll-out. . Thai government has also announced that from 1st May people will be able to start registering for the vaccination, with the rollout expected to start in June. Registration channels include your local hospitals, the village health volunteers, and the new “Mor Prom” Line Official Account. . We will issue more advice on where to find information about local programmes as soon as this becomes available. You can sign up to get email notifications https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/thailand . Information about the COVID-19 vaccines that are currently approved by the NHS is available on https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus. 4

Well currently they still let oxygen in but its a total waste. Repeating what has been in force for days only now is hardly commendable. 3
Popular Post crazykopite
Pity he didn’t state that the U.K. government will ensure that all expats living in the Kingdom will be given a Covid vaccine paid for by the British government they are happy to allow HMRC to take out my taxes every month what he has stated we all knew it has been well advertised so stop spewing out verbal diarrhoea and tell us something positive for once . Popular Post brommers
Bloody hell, what a load of nothing. Not one piece of information that has not been widely reported in newspapers for days if not longer. These so called embassy diplomats are nothing more than overpaid oxygen thieves. 12 2 1

What are we? 2 years old? I suppose you're being deliberately obtuse. Common sense for goodness sake! The law is stating that we were a mask OUTSIDE. We all know how to wear a mask - we don't need a demonstration. 3 1

superal
The info is welcome , however it could have been more informative e.g. what vaccines will be available and from which hospitals ( do you really want the Sinovac ? ) . A further search found the following , Those who want to travel abroad after being vaccinated against COVID-19 in Thailand will receive international health certificates to do so but should register for their vaccination one month from now. ( 1sr May ) The Public Health Ministry said it would issue such certificates once the WHO releases a standard form, which is expected in June, according to Health Ministry adviser Pongsadhorn Pokpermdee. Prior to that, people on May 1 will be able to book their appointments for a jab of domestically produced AstraZeneca at one of more than 12,000 hospitals nationwide via Line or an app still under development. The service will be capable of booking inoculations, reminding users about their second dose, and reporting any side effects afterward. Pongsadhorn said those without smartphones can contract hospitals and local health volunteers directly to book an appointment. Those who complete both jabs will get a physical and digital vaccine certificate from the providing hospital and if they registered via the Mor Prom Line account. Thirty-five-thousand people who got their shots in March already have such certificates, including front-line medical personnel, police and people working in at-risk environments. Thailand’s slow-to-start vaccination program has lagged behind that of its neighbors, with the 61 million AstraZeneca doses to be manufactured by the Crown Property Bureau’s Siam Bioscience not available until June. So far, Thailand has one million of Chinese CoronaVac and 100,000 doses of imported Astrazeneca in hand for emergency use
