every day  l travel to pattaya city l pass the new hospital then walk on the beach l have to say very few or no foreigner go without masks they are only a small percentage of people l see WHY again does the media YOUR site just say foreigners are ignorant of the pandemic l see many thai people wearing NO mask just going about there normal day with no mask OK the guy in Chang mai should be arrested but it appears your blog is only interested in foreigners l can post many photos of thai people flaunting the law including police men who just ignore the law in pattaya oh by the way the post photos were in jomtien

Don't believe we need another topic about masks, if there is something to say it can be added on THIS  topic in Pattaya News.
