Binance and the US investigation

Featured Replies

With the US looking into Binance for whatever reason, is it wise to trade with Binance?

Worst case is they shutdown Binance.us and try to do some kind of FATCA-esque move with Binance Global.   That said, I don't keep the bulk of my funds on any exchange so whatever happens it'll be about as inconvenient as having to go to Burger King instead of Whataburger.

Thanks for your reply. I believe Binance no longer operate in the US, is that correct?

There is a franchised operation called Binance.us which is not the same legal entity as Binance global.

This is just the USA's attempt to try and collect more taxes to keep financing their dollar printing Ponzi scheme.

As long you trade in Binance global, shouldn't be an issue.

Been trading since 2018 with Binance.
