Small differences when using online appointment for retirement extension at CW

The good news is that the advance booking system for CW works, at least it did for me this morning.  The appointment was for 10:15, they started with me a few minutes early and I walked out at 10:30.  Can't beat it.  Fifteen minutes!!!

FWI: There is ONE MORE DOCUMENT that you have to give them (compared to using the "old" system with a queue number): a copy or print-out of the online booking.

And you need to got to desk L1 27 first, for document checking, BEFORE GOING to desk L1 32.  Do the document checking some minutes before your appointed time at desk L1 32, to be sure you're on time there.

Downsides: there is no queue number or waiting system for desk L1 27, nor for desk L1 32, so you have to stand near the entrance and politely try to catch the officer's attention.

And in case you're wondering:  retirement, money-in-the-bank, not my first time.

There have reports of them wanting a printout of the confirmation email they send you to prove you got the appointment.

Yes this is required. Hard copy.

For others that are doing this procedure it's a quick process to go downstairs to where banks are and there is photo/print stall. You forward your confirmation appointment email to them and they printout. 2 mins. Couple of baht.
