Given all the rage on TV and elsewhere re insurers, especially during this Pan[dem]ic, I was surprised on renewing my own general health policy this week, to be told:

"Aetna is pleased to introduce vHealth, a virtual medical consultation service for you. vHealth is a free phone audio and video medical consultation service that allows you to talk directly with the doctors from the comfort of your home using only your mobile phone."

Sounds fantastic - consultations FoC? Naturally I am suspicious, but has anyone any experience of this service? Or is it a pure spam to get customers' details for marketing?
