My TGF jokes that I should attend class with the Thai kindergarten children. Several rows of 4-year-old Thai kids in front and several rows of interested farang in the back. :o

As someone else has previously suggested, get on down to your local Wat and see if the Adjarn will help you. Haven't done it myself as yet but think it's a capital idea.
