House appraisal in CM -- experiences/recommendations?

the land in different areas of the city has pretty specific value .  For example, Nong Hoi area

( Holiday Inn and vicinity)  might be around 40k baht per talangwa ( residential) . Where in the inner city or close to it like Santitam  can be a LOT more per talangwa .

Then there is Faham/ Sanpisua  where the residential land is around 20k talangwa ...

etc etc      Any land on a good road is MUCH higher,  due to commercial value.

I speak Thai so can basically go around to an area,  BS with a few shop owners,  RE agents,

and call for sale signs to get a general idea in that area.

As for the structure...... well,  is it a house or commercial building .   How big, what condition.

An architect might know someone who could give an opinion on the structural condition.

Whether anyone has a business doing that i would not know.  English owner at Perfect Homes might answer some questions.......
