Shown as Banned unless use vpn

Featured Replies

When I try to load the system says I am Banned.  If I turn on vpn using a Thailand based server, I can log in as normal.  I am using TOT fiber from home.

Most odd. I'm on TOT fibre too, no issue for me.

Delete Cookies in your browser and it will be fine afterwards.

I deleted thaivisa.com cookies.  It didn't help.  In any case it's showing banned on all my browsers and computers so I don't think it's a cookies issue.

Can you PM me your external IP when not using the VPN please.

I have no idea whatever what could be causing that, could be that your IP is in a blocked range, but again I don't know why it would be.

You could also try re-booting your router to get a new external address.

it's probably due to some other member getting banned and mistakenly "ban by IP" was applied. if your IP is not dynamically assigned and you had it for a long time already  then it was no mistake.

Okay, I powered my modem and router off and on.  That solved it.  Thank you.

that solved it, but the root cause will cause another problem in future - the IP should still be deleted from TV's banlist.
