Yes Staff at the branch will have no idea. In their desperation, they (or you) will call the call center. Call center will have no idea. After about 30 minutes on the phone, call center may find someone who has heard the letters "CRS" and who will tell you something that's most probably wrong. Hints: They all know FATCA. They will ask you if you are American. If you are not, they say it doesn't apply to you - wrong (if you are American, you are f...d). CRS applies to many farang. Unfortunately, the people in the bank who deal with CRS are the team FATCA. And these guys don't talk to customers. I Normally not. They will ask again. They really have to do this, late a bit ( like a year or 2) is ok, but not forever The bank has to ask people if they have reason to assume they have a foreign tax residency. Somchai from Ban Nadi in Surin? No. Tony? Yes, in theory. Yes, if your account has been opened recently - if the branch would have known. It probably didn't know and didn't care. Yes, its part of CRS. Very common. People rent condos (and pay deposits) like this. -

I can't speak for SCB, but in Phuket for Krungsri and for Bangkok Bank, I had to do so at my local branch in Phuket. -

If the agency is holding the deposit, the owner asks for it back and holds it now Take your existing contract, alter the parts that removes the agency from the contract and sign it with owner. -

No idea, I haven't received them ( yet ) but I'm not with KBank and I have no idea if my bank even has my email address. I know I changed passport details last year, but as to email address, pass. -

In general, at least 20%-25% of the world population has some form of herpes. Many people are also asymptomatic and have never experience any symptoms. Some get an Initial outbreak or two and then never get it again, but are already carriers. That means you could already have it yourself and not know it if you’ve contracted the virus, but never had an outbreak. The risk of getting it from kissing is also a lot higher than from sex because it is the more common form. Even people who exhibit no symptoms at all can still transmit it orally during viral shedding periods. And it can still often be gotten by men during sex when wearing a condom because, if the virus comes in contact with the skin at the base of the uncovered penis, it can still be transmitted. Trying to avoid it is pretty much a zero sum game unless you don’t have any sexual contact at all starting from a very young age. -
