Railway police under the command of Pol Maj-Gen Amnat Traiphot arrested 35 year old Kittipong "Noi" Pengsakun from Surat Thani.

He was named in a warrant for attempted murder issued in Wiang Sa in November of last year.

He was arrested on train number 447 from Surat Thani to Sungei Kolok when it was at Ban Toon station in Nakhon Sri Thammarat, reported Daily News

Kittipong attacked his cousin with a scythe and nearly killed him after he had leased a vehicle for his cousin who didn't keep up with the payments.

Kittipong lost his temper when the finance company contacted him. He admitted attacking his cousin and then going into hiding.

He was taken to the Bang Sawan police station in Surat Thani for prosecution.

He may as well take the mask off now, it's not going to do him much good where he's going.

Thats smart, smart, smart, attack and take the life of the one that didnt pay the note.  Take his life rather than hold him accountable a number of other ways.  If you default  or defraud a loan you go to jail, you take a life you go to jail.  Possibly  same prison sentence  lenght.  Maybe his method was short sighted  and implemented  by a limited mind.

He will probably only face the most serious charge of still owing money on his lease car ????

Wasn't doing him any good anyway, the way he was wearing it.

Kittipong is quite a problem solver. I think he dramatically reduced the chances of getting paid back. Nothing like a scythe in the back to keep one from gainful employment.

Bare survival of the highly unfit?
