Rules for leaving Phuket for non-sandbox foreigners?

Is anything special required for foreigners who arrived before the start of the sandbox and wish to leave Phuket by bus?

 

I have yet to get the vaccine or any covid tests.  I read some reports that seemed to suggest I would need to provide proof of a negative test, but maybe they were only referring to sandbox participants?

Nothing required for leaving Phuket in terms of covid.  However, you might be asked to demonstrate that you are not a Phuket Sandbox arrival by for example showing your entry stamp into Thailand (showing a date prior to July 1).

Sandbox arrivals do have to show a negative RT-PCR covid test and evidence of having spent 14 days at a SHA Plus hotel prior to being allowed to leave Phuket and enter the rest of Thailand, but that's not a requirement for you as you're not a Sandbox arrival.
