Where ???   50km south of Khon Kaen

I live in one of 4 houses in an enclosed garden, the owner and his family also live here, they have a further 8 houses nearby.
The houses are 2 bedroom bungalow style with car port and small back garden, large gardens all around the houses.

NB It is a quiet and peaceful compound.
2 - 3 km from Banphai town, a small keep fit park and local clinic nearby.

Around 4k, water and electric are charged at normal providers rate i.e. no markup by house owner
