The one thing you can b absolutely certain of, is that AZ will have had there very best Lawyers and advisors drawing up any Contract between AZ and SB.

There will be " Penalty   Clauses " a plenty in any Contract that was drawn up.

In late June, AstraZeneca Thailand said its partner Siam Bioscience, owned by King Maha Vajiralongkorn.

 

WOW, he owns the company.

And if you'd ever been envolved in large international contracts you'd know to keep your mouth shut until after you'd read the contract.
