Rayong1302 Posted August 6, 2021 Posted August 6, 2021 Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me with a visa issue I have. My Filipino girlfriend lost her job so her work permit and visa will be cancelled soon. I'm from Belgium and have been working here in Thailand for almost 23 years now. I was wondering if I could have my girlfriend on my visa/workpermit. We are not married so I'm not sure if this is possible. We also have two kids that are born here in Thailand and they go to school here. They both have the Filipino nationality. Thanks.
ubonjoe Posted August 6, 2021 Posted August 6, 2021 You would have to be married to your girlfriend for her to get a extension for being a member of your family. If you are shown as the legal father of your children they could get extensions. If your children are attending school and on a extension of a non-ed visa entry their mother could get an extension based upon being their mother. She would need 500k baht in a Thai bank for the 30 days for the first extension and then 3 months after that. 1
