Yes.

 

Some hospitals have already started booking appointment dates in the 1 - 15 October 2021 period. They have fewer pre-paid bookings that vaccines allotted.

 

For those who did not make the cut at their particular hospital, many have been notified and offered a refund or a rebooking in Q1 2022. Most used a FIFO system (based on invoice time/date stamp), rather than a lottery, AFAIK.

did you pay when you registered in june, when i paid and registered for moderna at princ in july they said they would refund if not jabbed by 31st dec.

edit there have reports on here from other hospitals cancelling the moderna jab and offering a refund.
