Can anyone recommend a reliable service for providing a UK mail address and mail forwarding to Thailand?

There are many available, whats your intended usage ? How many pieces per month or is it more likely one a quarter , do you need scan and email so you see what it before its sent or needs just destroying.

Maybe 2 or 3 a month.  I don't need scan & email before its sent. However, it might be cheaper to have that then sending junk mail to Thailand by track & sign?

Try this company.  A whole range of options and prices to suit.

I have had great service with them for the last 5 years.  Even used them to get back onto the voters role.

If they get some junk mail, would they scan the whole letter or just the first page?

 

Do they use the 'International signed for' service to post letters onwards to Thailand?

No, Mellisa the Office manager is very good at filtering your mail depending on the instructions you give her.  They scan and e-mail only the 1st page of things that they may not be sure about and a full scan of your routine/bank type mail.  I then respond with either please destroy anything from this company again or just destroy I have downloaded or please forward the original.

 

The only original stuff I ever need sending is things like bank cards which they forward via DHL etc.  I received a debit card forwarded by DHL in the last two weeks with no problems.

You do not need a fixed overseas address for them to forward to so it does not matter (non Covid) if you go on long trips away from your base address.
