Bangkok’s at-risk school students to be jabbed with Pfizer from Sep 21

The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) is ready to start administering Pfizer vaccine to 12 to 18-year-olds who are among high risk groups in 437 schools operated BMA from September 21st, said Bangkok Governor Aswin Kwanmuang today (Tuesday).

Investigation into killer cop case can conclude within September – police

Phuket marks 234 new cases, COVID deaths hit 30

Koh Samui foreign visitors passes 1,000 mark - plans afoot to open other areas in Surat Thani

Education minister plans "Sandbox" reopening of schools under "hybrid" trial

50,000 children aged 10-18 offered free Sinopharm vaccine from Sep 20th

Thailand’s Chulabhorn Royal Academy (CRA), currently the country’s sole importer and administrator of China’s Sinopharm COVID-19 vaccine, has announced plans to inoculate children aged 10-18, under its “VACC 2 School” campaign, to help schools reopen for onsite classes sooner, amid reports of online learning problems. Registrations start today (Wednesday).

About 10,000 patients’ data hacked, not millions, says Thailand’s Digital Ministry

In a recent cyber attack on medical facilities in Thailand, only 10,095 patients’ records were leaked, not 16 million, as the hacker claimed, and the leaked data only contains the patients’ names, the names of their doctors and appointment details, not medical details, according to the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (DES).

    Children over 12 should receive Pfizer vaccine

    BANGKOK (NNT) - The Royal College of Pediatricians of Thailand, has advised that healthy children between 12 and 16 years old should be vaccinated, while those below 12 years of age should wait for the results of medical studies on COVID-19 vaccines before any decision is taken on being vaccinated.
