Why is there a big, fat image covering the first couple of letters in every thread heading?

On what device /browser is this appearing ?

On my mobile phone (HTC) when I use Chrome. It has been like this for the best part of a week. I use different networks, but that makes no difference.

It seems like a display ratio issue, We can pass this along to techies.May I suggest in the interim you switch to landscape as that may help the display overlap issue a little.

I just checked on the my Samsung using Chrome and do not have the problem.

Try selecting the desktop version under settings when you have the site open. That reduced the font size significantly.

Perfect! Wouldn't have thought of that in a million years. Thanks.

In settings you can adjust your font size on your mobile phone. A lot of times if you've increased the font size to, for example read text messages easier, it will affect other websites.
