A million doses of vaccines to be administered on Mahidol Day (Sep 24th)

Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health plans to administer at least one million doses of vaccines on Mahidol Day (September 24th) to commemorate the late HRH Prince Mahidol of Songkhla, father of the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej, for his contribution to medical education in Thailand.

Car mob protest marks 15th anniversary of the coup which toppled Thaksin

“Car mob” protesters gathered at the Asoke-Sukhumvit intersection shortly before 2pm today (Sunday) for a convoy of cars and motorcycles through different parts of Bangkok to the Democracy Monument, to repeat their demand for the resignation of Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha.

Phuket drug bust nets over 1kg ya ice

PHUKET: Phuket Police have arrested four people in a series of raids that seized in total more than 1kg of crystal meth (ya ice) and 35,312 methamphetamine pills (ya bah).

PHUKET: Over the past year and still ongoing are many efforts by local people to help those in need. Many of those efforts have gone overlooked. They must be appreciated, and while the nation’s focus is on reopening tourism, those efforts are still much needed to help those suffering in the continuing economic crisis.

Thai Health Authorities Aim to Hit COVID-19 Inoculation Target by Next Month

Iraq Signs First Contract in 7 Years to Import Thai Rice

Thai Credit Agency Extends Loan Guarantees until October 9th, 2023

Pattaya would like to hold Fireworks Festival, Loy Krathong festival, and other events in the next several months but no final decisions yet

Sept 19: Prachuap reports 76 new COVID-19 cases, 19 cases in Hua Hin

Health officials on Sunday (Sept 19) reported 76 new COVID-19 cases, 19 were found in Hua Hin, of those infected in Hua Hin 15 were detected at clusters.

Hua Hin’s busy weekend bodes well for reopening to foreign tourists next week
