It is a poison that kills millions worldwide, causes people to act in an irrational way leading to all sorts of problems, crime, violence, road deaths, sexual assaults , child abuse, spousal abuse, a drain on Hospital and Police resources, I would think that's a good reason to have a total ban on Alcohol, not temporary restrictions.

And if wasn't for the fact that governments tax it so highly, it would certainly be banned.

I like it with a meal or just chatting with friends. Never done any of the above. Silly comment tarring everyone with the same brush.

Nonsense - the average death is OVER life expectancy. Below was from January 21 - ONS - it would be impossible for life expectancy to go down based on deaths above life expectancy !

The Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) on Monday unveiled its plan to reopen the country over the next few months.

Provinces will reopen in four phases according to factors that include their tourism revenue, geography and Covid-19 preventive measures.

Is there any sane reason why the numbers of Inoculations for Today is exactly the same as Yesterday at 646,126

Another " anomaly " in the MOPH facts and figures.

Hmmm

Why would I go anywhere, you wanna poison yourself, go ahead, let me know how it works out for you.

Worldwide over 5.2 Million people die due to alcohol related accidents/injuries every year, think about it, every year, Global pandemic !!

3.2% of all deaths are caused by alcohol.

In  the US, alcohol-related injury is the third leading cause of preventable death.

Enjoy your prettily packaged poison. ????

THere is a difference between a glass or two alcohol with your meals and drunk. The drunk have the accidents the persons who drink with their brains and stop because they drive will have less accidents.. Please I know worldwide there is an alcohol problem, but use it prperly and nothing is the matter.

Check out the date in the bottom right hand corner.  The dashboard has now been updated to show vaccinations from the 24th (765,845 - somewhat fewer than the 1 million +)

Simply. Consider three people that die at 60, 70 and 80. The average life expectancy is 70.

Now if one had died at 77 instead of 80,  still higher than the average expectancy, that brings the average down to 69.

Wrong, older people dying younger than they would normally drags down the average.

Edit...edwinchester beat me to it with a simple explanation.
