While everything is still not 100% clear we are trying our best to keep up with all of the changes.

We have been working very closely with all of the AQ hotels to update all of the package pricing for all of the AQ hotels.

So far close to 20% of the AQ hotels have added pricing options for 7/10 Day packages (includes family pricing, and Thai citizen discounts).
 

Update: 38% of AQ hotels have added 7/10 day pricing.

There is a slight delay as some hotels are still coming up with 7/10 day pricing due to short notice, and other hotels are waiting for the new policy to be published in the Royal Gazette.

I have make the full payment of 14 days to the quarantine hotel in Bangkok in October. Will the hotel refund me the difference if the quarantine reduce from 14 days to 7 days finalize ?

We have heard some hotels doing this already if you have proof of vaccination.

But its hard to know if all will do this ????

COE application process is saying 10 days minimum quarantine.  Any idea why?

Not official in the RG id wait a day or 2. Also 10 is unvaccinated…upload files correctly ?

The 10 days isn't official yet either, and it's way before you require to upload docs.  It's a pop up in the initial stages before you even register.  It used to say 14 so has been changed but seeing 10 days made me uneasy.

Seems like a mistake, if you go to the next page you will see this message at the bottom.
 

1. I shall undergo quarantine and comply with the order of communicable disease control officers at the place specified by communicable disease control officers for a period of no less than 7 days. The place of quarantine shall be in accordance with the criteria and guidelines prescribed by the government; and

My ASQ hotel emailed me yesterday, have booked 14 day quarantine on 22nd October, asked to email them my 2 vaccine certificate, said if it is 10 day or 7 they will refund difference.

The changes are already officially announced in the Royal Gazette!

We also had over 70% of AQ's complete their 7/10 day pricing (as well as family pricing, and thai citizen discounts);

Hopefully by next week we have full coverage of the new pricing.

Yes, there should be around 20, unfortunately they have been quite slow updating their new package rates.

Hopefully by next week they submit their new rates.

This is great value, down from 200,000 baht for 14 nights to 30,000 for 7 nights ????

I think for some reason this hotel does not wish to publish 14 night pricing.

We have reached out to them as we require 14 night pricing.

Our expectation is that the borders will start to allow entry, and they will have to do 14 day AQ. However it could be possible that not all AQ's have to accept this type of entry, and maybe the designate new AQ's closer to the borders. Very little is known.
