Hi there. We might need to get a CT scan for our dog, told it will cost 15000, does anyone know if that is about the normal price for it? Just wanted to check dual pricing isnt in play. Thanks.

Sounds about it will be in the ballpark. However, it will depend on where you are and different clinics.

Some dogs, however, can do a lab report.

yes, I have paid 1500b for CT at private clinic for a small dog abdominal.

But at Mahidol uni vet clinic they charged only 800b.

Try to find vet clinic as part of university department.

The guy who did CT at private clinic comes there only in the evenings, when requested, ad hoc basis. His full time work is at the university clinic.

All other costs at uni were also almost half of what private clinic charged
