Hi ive been looking at the requirements for departures from bangkok airport and have seen a webpage that says all departures need a covid test, any confirmations ?

ive spoke to finnair bkk and they say all that is needed was the documents the uk requires and i specifically asked about pre departure test from bkk airport  and they said not needed.
