where can i get a fit to fly certificate, with the lab results of the pcr test as they dont issue that certificate at where im going to get the pcr test.

Why would you want one?

as I understand the “fit to fly “ is no longer needed to satisfy traveling to thailand, I think they just require the T8 health questionnaire together with your COVID PCR negative result,
