Gloves used for Colonoscopy in Thailand and then maybe shipped to a dentist in US.

 

On a more serious note, it could be lethal if contaminated gloves are used elsewhere , 

so hopefully ther ones responsible will see the inside of a prison.

Some of those involved may see the inside of a prison.

 

Those responsible almost certainly not.
