AIS internet

Featured Replies

I have a Samsung mobile phone which I have used to make normal phone calls and also to have an internet connection. I now only want to use it to make normal calls and only use it for an internet connection at home linked to my wi-fi system. Is this possible and if so how?

Contact AIS and ask to change your plan.

*129*1# and then press the Dial key

When you want to switch it back on; *129*2# and then press the Dial key

Alternatively you can turn Mobile/Cellular Data off via your phone settings.

You want internet on your phone away from home?

If you just don't want to use mobile data just turn it off, swipe down top of screen and turn wifi on

So a phone plan just for calls only, no internet right?

And if you want internet you'll use your home wi-fi, yes?

What plan are you currently on? If post paid you'll need to contact AIS to change it otherwise you'll still be billed whether you use the internet or not.

After several attempts I managed to contact AIS and from next month they will cancel my internet connection payment.

If it's a Prepaid SIM, it will still eat your credit, unless you turn data off as suggested.
